The MICRON® PL-10 is a versatile pneumatic fastener attaching machine designed for professional shops and production environments.
Because the PL-10 operates entirely with compressed air, it does not require an electrical connection. This design makes the machine practical for sign shops, textile production, industrial applications, and jobs involving large or difficult-to-handle materials.

Interchangeable Die System
The PL-10 uses an interchangeable die system.
As a result, customers can use the same machine for different fastening applications by installing the appropriate tooling.
Dies are sold separately.
For selected industrial grommet applications, specialized tooling can cut the material and install the grommet without requiring the operator to change between separate cutting and setting die sets.

Pneumatic Operation
The PL-10 operates entirely with compressed air and does not require electrical power.
Air Compressor Capacity: 150 PSI
Regulated Working Pressure: 0.5–0.7 MPa / approximately 5–7 bar
The operator can adjust the regulated air pressure according to the fastener, material, and installation requirements.
Foot Pedal & Manual Start Operation
The operator can activate the PL-10 using the foot pedal.
The machine also includes a manual start button on the front of the machine.
This provides additional operating flexibility depending on the application.
Metal Base & Wheel Casters Included
The PL-10 comes standard with a metal base and wheel casters.
The caster-mounted base allows the operator to reposition the machine when working with large, long, or heavy materials.
Customer Material Testing
After placing an order, customers may send us their own material.
We can set up and test the PL-10 using the customer’s actual material and selected die configuration. In addition, we can provide a performance test video for review.
This helps us prepare the machine for the customer’s specific material and application.
Customers are responsible for shipping their material to us.
Pre-Shipment Machine Testing
We test every PL-10 before shipment.
We can also provide a performance test video of the customer’s actual machine. The video shows the machine serial number for easy identification.
Dies & Fasteners
Dies are sold separately.
Grommets, eyelets, snaps, buttons, rivets, and other fasteners are also sold separately.
Therefore, customers should select the correct die set and compatible fastener for their application.
