The MICRON® MH-5 is a heavy-duty hydraulic fastener attaching machine designed for large round and oblong grommet applications.

One-Shot Cutting & Setting
With the correct die configuration, the MH-5 cuts the material and sets the grommet during the same production cycle.
This one-shot process reduces separate handling steps and helps improve production efficiency.

Interchangeable Die System
The MH-5 uses interchangeable die sets.
Therefore, the same machine can support different compatible round and oblong grommet applications with the appropriate tooling.
Dies are sold separately.

Foot Pedal & Manual Start Operation
The operator can activate the MH-5 using either the foot pedal or the manual start button.

Custom Dual-Button Configuration
A custom dual-button operating configuration is available by special order.

Customer Material Testing
After placing an order, customers may send us their own material.
We can set up and test the MH-5 using the customer’s actual material and selected die configuration.
In addition, we can provide a performance test video for review.
This helps us prepare the machine for the customer’s specific material and application.
Customers are responsible for shipping their material to us.
Pre-Shipment Machine Testing
We test every MH-5 before shipment.
We can also provide a performance test video of the customer’s actual machine. The video shows the machine serial number for easy identification.
Optional Wheel Casters
