The MICRON® MC-20 Single Cylinder is a versatile pneumatic fastener attaching machine designed for professional fastening applications.
Its single-cylinder pneumatic system can deliver up to 450 kg/cm² of pressure. As a result, the MC-20 provides consistent performance for a wide range of grommets, eyelets, snaps, jean buttons, and rivets.
In addition, the machine includes laser alignment, a digital control panel, foot-pedal operation, and a pneumatic safety system.

Dies are sold separately.
Depending on the selected tooling, some die configurations use adapters, while others install directly into the machine.
Pneumatic Operation
The MC-20 Single Cylinder uses compressed air to generate fastening pressure.

Maximum Pressure Force: Up to 450 kg/cm²
In addition, the operator can adjust the air pressure according to the selected fastener, material, and application.
Digital Control Panel

After testing, we can provide a performance video for review.
Customers are responsible for shipping their material to us.
Pre-Shipment Machine Testing
We test every MC-20 before shipment.
First, we prepare and test the machine for the selected fastener application and die configuration.
Before shipment, we can also provide a performance test video of the customer’s actual machine.
Therefore, we do not ship the machine before completing the required testing.
Dies & Fasteners
Dies are sold separately.
In addition, grommets, eyelets, snaps, buttons, rivets, and other compatible fasteners are sold separately.
Therefore, customers should select the correct die set and compatible fastener when placing their order.

The MC-20 ships in a wood crate.
