The MICRON® MC-20 Double Cylinder is a powerful pneumatic fastener attaching machine designed for demanding production and industrial applications.
Its dual-cylinder pneumatic system can deliver up to 950 kg/cm² of pressure. As a result, the machine provides substantially more fastening and punching force than the Single Cylinder model.
In addition, the MC-20 Double Cylinder can handle grommets, eyelets, snaps, jean buttons, rivets, and other compatible fasteners. With specially designed industrial dies, the machine can also punch holes in compatible metal parts and other materials.

Before shipment, we can also provide a performance test video of the customer’s actual machine.
Therefore, we do not ship the machine before completing the required testing.
Dies & Fasteners
Fastener dies, industrial die sets, and metal hole piercing dies are sold separately.
In addition, grommets, eyelets, snaps, buttons, rivets, and other compatible fasteners are sold separately.
Therefore, customers should select the correct tooling and compatible fastener for their application.
