The MICRON® M-9001 is a fully automatic fastener attaching machine built for high-volume production. It handles selected fastener applications with speed, consistency, and reliable feeding performance.
This custom-made version is designed for specific fastener styles shown in the capability chart. Therefore, each machine is manufactured for one selected fastener application and size range.
The M-9001 uses an automatic hopper and dedicated feeding channel system. As a result, the machine delivers smooth part feeding and repeatable attaching performance during continuous production.
In addition, the machine uses foot-pedal operation, laser alignment, and a safety mica guard to support safe and efficient operation. The operator places the material, controls the cycle with the foot pedal, and monitors production from the control system.
Custom Machine Configuration
We build each M-9001 for a specific fastener application. For this reason, the machine does not use a universal interchangeable setup for different product groups.

The exact working range depends on the fastener style shown in the capability chart. Therefore, customers must confirm the required fastener type and size before production begins.
Production Lead Time
This machine is a custom-made model. Therefore, normal stock shipment does not apply to this version.
Production lead time: 6–8 weeks
In order to prepare the correct feeding system and tooling, customers must send their actual fastener components to our factory. In addition, they should also send the application material or fabric when required.
After we receive the samples, we prepare the machine according to the selected application. Then we test the setup and confirm the operating performance.
Feeding and Operation
The M-9001 uses automatic feeding for fastener components. Because the feeding channels are application-specific, the machine maintains accurate positioning and stable production speed.
The operator activates the machine with a foot pedal. Meanwhile, the safety mica guard helps protect the operator during the attaching cycle.
In addition, the laser alignment system helps improve positioning accuracy. Therefore, the machine works well for manufacturers that need repeatable fastening results.
